I called alot of companies and few of them could do a simple asphalt shingle/plywood repair job; everyone else wanted to replace the whole roof for tens of thousands of dollars. C&A responded immediately and was able to handle communications by email and phone, do a fair quote after seeing some pictures by email, was able to come the next day, was able to do a good job on a small area of repair (where a tree had penetrated the roof), and did it all for a fair price. They showed us pictures before and after, cleaned up thoroughly, and consulted us before offering to repair another small item (one piece of deteriorating flashing). You can trust them and you won't be cheated. What more can you ask for?

On time. Professional. Showed us in advance of any additional problems they found in their work. Fixed a problem that other companies had said needed expensive replacements. Left the property cleaned up.

I thought the price was a lot more than I expected, but when you have a roof leak, it is difficult to debate about the price if you cannot do it yourself. Do you pay the asking price to stop the destruction of your major investment such as your home. But C and A Contractors did a great job.

Nice work. Were ready to start immediately after the estimate. I should have shopped around a bit. $325 seems kind of steep for replacing 4 shingles. But I don’t really know the market. Maybe that’s normal.

We asked C&A to come out and give us an estimate to repair and/or replacement of our roof. We had five vendors come out to give us estimates. Out of all of them C&A was the most professional, prompt and thorough, providing us with all the options available. They had the best pricing out of all five. We were a little nervous since roofs are a big ticket item but C&A surpassed our expectations from start to finish. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new roof.
