Expert work. He arrived very fast. He was very helpful, neat and tidy too.

They did good work at reasonable prices and got out there pretty fast to do the work.

This guy was good. His work was very professional and the cost was a little less than the estimate. I'd hire him again.

The owner of the company came out we had a 2:30 appointment came out at 7:30 in the evening. He went to pick up the materials and came and completed the job after hours. and the price was amazing.

A great experience and a wonderful result. I thought the cost was a bit high, but I could just be ignorant of generally acceptable prices for plumbing services in the area, or, maybe his rates are fine and you get what you pay for . The work was indeed first rate, Mr Brinson was very pleasant and professional, and my wife and I were very happy with his work. We'll almost certainly hire him again, as we need a new dishwasher and a replacement for the toilet in our guest bathroom upstairs. If you need a plumber, he's the man to hire (next time however, I will try to negotiate a price break, which I didn't do for this job)!

Arrived exactly when they said they would. Couldn't work with my work schedule within the next week of my contacting them so came out on a Sunday with no extra charge. Was extremely professional. Would use them again and recommend them.

Working with Brinson was a great experience overall. The workmanship was great. The follow-through was great. There was a problem with the valve components installed that required a couple of return trips to get the job right, but the bad parts weren't their fault and they made sure they stayed on it until it was right.

Jeff was very thorough and knew how to install the a faucet efficiently . He also installed a new filler valve in a toilet. Jeff was also very friendly and professional. I would hire Brinson for future jobs.

There she was, my 1.5 year old granddaughter sitting on the bathroom floor with an empty package of baby wipes and an uh-oh look on her face. The toilet had been flushed with no problem, or so I thought. Thank heavens for Brinson & Sons Plumbers! It was a Saturday morning and there was a torrential downpour coming from the base of our toilet, something I had never experienced before. I went on Home Advisor and no one seemed available and wondered what in the world we would do. Out of the blue, Brinson & Son called, happily agreed to work me into their schedule just a few hours later. The technician who was very articulate and well-mannered, quickly diagnosed the problem: a baby wipe clog way down the line was just one issue but he had it fixed lickety split. The price was very reasonable and they didn’t take advantage of the fact that it was an emergency call on a Saturday. I am very impressed with Brinson & Son and will surely call him to handle the reconstruction of our bathrooms in our new, but very old house. This is an honest, excellent company!
