I had a pipe break at 11:pm on a Saturday. Other companies said they couldn't come out until Tuesday although this was considered an emergency. Mr. Brinson spoke with me and had me try several things over the phone before I even contracted his services. This was vastly different than other people. Mr. Brinson had me turn off water to various places to see if we could minimize the issue without impacting the entire house. I ended up having to keep the water off to the entire house. Mr. Brinson came out on Sunday and had the repair fixed in no time. His prices were extremely reasonable even given the fact that it was a Sunday over a holiday weekend. I would recommend Mr. Brinson without reservation. In fact, I have recommended him to my father.

I called Brinson and Sons to come and look at my faucet which had been getting progressively worse. It had very low water flow. While he had me on the phone he asked me if I had checked the piece that screws into the end of the faucet. I did and found all kind of stuff (for lack of a better word) in the strainer. I rinsed it out and replaced it and it worked beautifully. I did that on all three bathroom faucets that I have. He also told me that I could buy a new one from Home Depot. One of the pieces seems to be not good and we will replace that one. Not many companies will actually give up a service call (and charge) to help out a customer over the phone. I am truly impressed. For me the price was perfect! Brinson and Sons WILL definitely be my plumber from now on.
