Very Professional and very happy to know I have selected Brinson and Sons to provide me with quality service. Also, I like they are a family owned business.

Fast, courteous, and professional, but expensive.

Brinson and Son Plubming responded to my request within minutes of submitting it on Service Magic. I got three quotes. 1 was for a flate $!89. Brison and Son was $35 to come out and check and then a quote for what it would be to fix it. They were the cheapest and sounded like a good small company that does its best to take care of its customers. Their rate is $150 an hour but the $35 goes toward that rate. The fix was very simple. Just needed someone to do it. I would have given more stars on the value of the money if I could have paid less than $100. I will call them again for any plumbing needs.

Called Brinson and Son Plumbing as I had a few plumbing related issues that needed to be fixed as a result of a home inspection. They responded right away and were able to fit us in. They were very professional, quick, and did great work.

Exceptionally quick response; polite; efficient; thorough. Found more leaks than initially noticed; had all materials on hand. Would hire again.

The only reason I gave 3.5 stars for Value for Money was that I had to pay emergency rate for Jeff to come to my house on Saturday. Actually no work was involved since there was no leakage and the water we saw was just due to condensation. The customer service was excellent since Sharon called several times and went out of her way to make sure Jeff came to our house even though he had several prior appointments for Saturday.

Showed up on-time, walked me through how we could fix the problem, and fixed it. They exceeded my expectations, upgrading the faucet and improving the look/solidity of the outside hosebibs. Would recommend without reservation.

I usually use Wacker Plumbing (great) but they don't have energency service. Called Brinson when I woke up to a puddle in my kitchen on a Saturday. Soon turned off the water and rescheduled for a weekday. They arrived on time, gave me a good diagnosis (needed new faucet) and fixed running toilet and changed out a shower head. Didn't tell me that the toilet would run til the new flapper expanded. So I made another appt with them. The toilet stopped running before the appt so I cancelled the second call. They were fine. Can't complain but they didn't wow me enough to stop using Wacker for non-emergency calls.

Highly recommend, will always use this plummer...

Family business is very professional, and courteous and provided clear explanations of project (reasons and whys). Provided good discount when their "emergency" postponed the project for a couple of days. Will use again and recommend to others.
