Brinson and son Plumbing did a great job fixing an error by another plumbing company. They are very professional and detailed oriented with the work they performed. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them.

I had a late night plumbing emergency and Brinson came out at 10:00PM on the night after Christmas! We had a house full of people and no one could use the bathroom, so he was a life saver! The price was high, but worth it, given our situation. I'd use them again, for sure.

Jeff was straight forward, honest, courteous and knew his stuff. I’d have him back in a heartbeat if I had need of further plumbing help.

He was not the cheapest but he showed up to look at everything before making the bid and he seemed to know what he was talking about. A couple of others just wanted pictures and emailed bids based on that. The only weird thing was he wanted $35 for a “diagnosis” if I didn’t hire him. What diagnosis? “Yep, it’s old; you are right to want to replace it”? That annoyed me but I hired him in spite of it. He did a good job.

Jeff is very responsive and does great, quality work. I have hired him for a couple of different jobs and will continue to do so.

The workmanship was excellent and the plumber was very customer oriented in his communication with me during the project. I also was able to ask his advise on another outdoor faucet and later was able to resolve the issue myself!!
