Came when they said they would, they were fast and very courteous- the 4 is only because I think all home repairs are in the stratosphere!

Prompt, adjusted to our schedule needs, very efficient and knowledgeable about plumbing issues.

Jeff was great. He fixed my outdoor leaky faucet and showed me what to do to winterize the pipe. The hottest my kitchen faucet would get was lukewarm. He fixed that also. I thought he did a great job and the cost was very reasonable. Oh, and I had an appointment for a week out, but Sharon called me and said he could come earlier!

After my last experience with a large well known plumbing company I decided to try someone new. A small repair had turned into a $1000. Job. This time with Brinson was a much better experience.Jeff went over the problem thoroughly and gave me his quote.In no time my repairs were done at a very reasonable price. The only reason I didn't give them a total 5 is because there seemed to be some confusion on the receptionist's part regarding the booking, but I can't say if it was actually her fault or due to Service Magic. Overall very professional, showed up on time, did a good job, and was pleasant to work with -- even all my dogs liked him, and that's not usually the case!

They kept me in the loop as to when they would arrive. The arrived arrived right on time and did a superb job. I would recommend them to my friends.

Jeff and Sharon offered timely and professional service. Jeff accomplished a grinder pump replacement with grace and a smile. Jeff and Sharon answered all of my questions and explained the process throughout the replacement. I found their rates very reasonable and I will use them again for future plumbing projects. I cannot sing their praises loud enough, well done!
