Jeff showed up right on time to complete the work and was very professional. When a pipe burst below the floor boards into the downstairs neighbor's apartment creating a flood, he helped to survey the damage and made the necessary repairs and triple checked his work. Great service! They installed a shower faucet assembly in a rental property I own 300 miles from my residence. Great communication, fair pricing, and fast service as well. Very professional. Tenant had very positive comments as well. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that does not try to capitalize on an unfortunate situation. Sharon was very accommodating in attempting to match the manufacturer of the existing faucet by using a photograph I provided. This company went far beyond the "extra mile" in providing professional services. First experience was great, will use again if needed.

They were very helpfull on finding a part for my obsolete shower fixture that I was able to order but still needed plumbing assistance. They installed my shower diverter and fixed a leaking hose fixture and cut off valve. I was pleased with the results and it was done in a timely manner and fair price.

Customer service great. Technician arrived on time, and did a terrific job. He agreed to stay late to put in a drain pump for basement refrigerator.
