Brinson and Son Plumbing

Jeff Brinson came out to unfreeze my stuck garbage disposal a couple of times, then recommended replacing it to finally end the problem. He purchased and installed the new one almost three years ago, and it has functioned perfectly ever since!

Expensive but efficient and on time.

It was a general repair project. I had the parts. Doesn't anyone give an hourly labor rate vs project cost.

This was my first experience with Home Advisor and with Brinson and Son Plumbing. Both experiences were outstanding. They were able to find and fix a leak in a few minutes after my own efforts of several days. The experience was professional in every way and the response to request was outstanding.

5 minutes after a request from Home Adviser, I received a call to schedule an appointment. I have a difficult schedule, and they were very accommodating. They had excellent communication with me regarding their arrival time; which was also important. They did a great job on my repair. I did however, find them to be more expensive than any other plumber that I have worked with in the past. This is one area where I need to strengthen my skills so I can repair more than I can today. It was $217 to change a faucet. (it is good to have working plumbing - sometimes you just have to pay)

Honest and excellent. Very friendly and great to work with. He came up with an innovative idea for a pedestal sink stopper instead of replacing the whole thing.

I was so glad to find Jeff Brinson on Home Advisor. The call center (which happened to be Mrs. Brinson) was very friendly and helpful. She apologized for their busy schedule but still got her husband to our house within a week. He was very quick and did a great job replacing our pressure regulating valve. I had to leave before he was done, but I felt very comfortable leaving him to finish and lock up. It was so nice to come home to quiet pipes and good water pressure!

Jeff arrived as promised. He evaluated the projects and explained what was needed along with the cost. He left and returned with the needed parts. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the tasks and I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I could not be happier with Brinson and Son Plumbing and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality plumber. I plan to use Brinson and Son when needed in the future.

Jeff answered our 911 call for a leaky BR faucet valve that needed tighten. Jeff was very pleasant and professional. We would recommend to anyone. Found our New plumber when needed!

Sharon and Jeff kept me informed and communicated with tenant as well. Ordered necessary parts and completed work once parts arrived. Will use them again for plumbing needs.
