Was able to get a quick appointment. Work was done in a timely fashion. Seemed knowledgeable and straightforward when explaining additional repairs. Overall we are pleased with the service provided.

Short version - Sharon and Jeff were both very polite and professional and Jeff offered a lot in the way of information and answered all of my laymen's questions in an easy to understand manner. I plan on using the services of Brinson and Son in the future if needed and would not hesitant to recommend them based on my experience. Long Version for more detail - Sharon called within about 15 minutes of my request on Home Advisor. I had already received a call from some one else and wanted to get that estimate before having Brinson and Sons come out and let her know that I would call back afterwards. Jeff called later in the day to check to see if anyone had called from Brinson and Son earlier and I let him know that I had spoken to Sharon and reiterated my plans to get another estimate first. Both of them were very gracious and professional and both let me know that they were there if I needed them. After the weekend, Sharon called to follow up to see if the original person I had contacted had taken care of the problem. At that time, the original person had not shown yet so I scheduled to have Brinson and Son come out on the following day. The next day, Sharon called and asked if Jeff could come earlier than originally planned (always a plus with me) and he arrived within the 1/2 hour. What we originally thought was a leaking pipe turned out not to be the case since Jeff discovered that the water was coming from outside and not the pipe. He took the time to look at everything and offer an opinion on where the water was coming from and said that it was not something he could fix. However, he did winterize my outside pipes and explained how to properly do that myself in the future. Additionally, he noticed that an expansion tank on my hot water heater was putting stress on the pipe it was connected to and said that it is not the way he recommends installing them by explaining that the weight of the water in the tank causes the pipe stress. I was very impressed that he did not try to sell me on fixing this and only offered education on it. I ended up asking him to come back the next day to rework the expansion tank and pipes to decrease the stress on the pipes and appreciated the information he had provided. I also had Jeff fix a leak in an upstairs bath faucet which turned out to be a real chore since the plastic fittings were difficult to remove and the one cartridge screw was so corroded that he could not unscrew it. Through shear determination and diligence, Jeff was able to repair both the hot and cold valves. Finally, Jeff worked with me to get me a lower price on the repairs he did, even going as far as to show me how to fix another tubs water spout without having him do the work. I greatly appreciate someone who arrives on time or early, communicates regularly and takes the time to explain what they are doing in an easy to understand manner. Brinson and Son Plumbing responded to my service request immediately and were able to schedule a quote the next day. After the quote, they were able to start on the spot. I had my main shutoff valve and a hose bib valve replaced and had a large section of copper pipe replaced. Both jobs were done professionally, quickly, and at a reasonable price for the quality of work done. I will definitely call them again the next time I need a plumber.

Brinson Plumbing installed a new disposal and a new dishwasher for me. Jeff clearly knew what he was doing and how to do it. He kept the work area clean, putting down a tarp to protect the floor, and even cleaning the area under the old dishwasher. He tested the plumbing and the operation of the new appliances before he left. I would have no hesitation in calling on him again. As to value for the money: plumbers are expensive, who wouldn't want to pay less, but considering that I did not have the tools or the skills or the experience to do this job and Jeff did, he was worth the money.

The service was superb. I highly recommend using Brinson and Son. The minimum charge was $150 which was a bit much for the work done but I needed the help and he did the job perfectly!

My kitchen sink was clogged, and I spent two evenings to plunge and to take apart the P tube, but the problem was still there. When I found Jeff Brinson, he was quick to arrive, and gave me a reasonable estimate, and did an excellent, efficient, and pleasant job. Jeff Brinson is a real plumbing professional!
