The Brinson and Son Plumbing company was highly professional from beginning to end. The technician, Jeff, conducted a number of house calls on the day of our appointment and, despite being a bit behind schedule, kept me informed via telephone each hour until he arrived. Once he arrived, he conducted a thorough examination of our problem and identified two potential causes. Fortunately, one of the potential causes was, in fact, the problem, and Jeff resolved the issue quickly. Furthermore, we approached Jeff about a sink stopper that needed replacing in an upstairs bathroom, and he wasted no time in volunteering some additional time to add the item to the overall estimate and correct it for us. Jeff demonstrated the utmost integrity, professionalism, and reliability, and displayed a willingness to inform and assist the customer in every way throughout the process. I will utilize Brinson and Son Plumbing for future problems and/or projects, and I think Jeff for his hardwork and dedication.

Jeff Brinson was very professional, friendly and polite. Checked my sump pumps thoroughly to make sure everything was working and in good condition. The only negative, for me, was my regular sump pump guy of many years hasn't been working for quite some time due to surgeries on his hands/wrists. I was used to his pump checks with less than half of what I paid this time around. Plus the cost of a new pump quote was 2x higher. Hoping I don't need one for a long time, but yes I would call this company again b/c of the quality and thoroughness of Brinson's work; very personable both he and his wife.

They will be our plumbers in the future for all our projects.

We have had significant hammering/knocking of pipes for some time now. I happened to enter my project in HomeAdvisor on Mother's Day - Jeff happened to be available and was at my door an hour and a half later. His work was thorough, he explained everything as he worked and ensured that he cleaned up and left things immaculate when he was done. The knocking/hammering is gone! I did feel, however, that he was pricey for the amount of time spent on the job. I didn't get any other quotes, so I don't know how their prices compare to alternatives. Satisfied customer overall.
