Curtis Ashton is a one-man plumbing service and I like that. His work for me was excellent and his price was very fair. He was the first plumber to call be after Angi recommended three services. I will use Mr. Curtis’ service again when the need arises. Highly recommend.

Curtis Ashton responded right away to our inquiry and was able to come out the same day. Replaced a faulty sump pump which so far is working well. Job took about two hours. I don't have a lot of other prices to compare to but I suspect Ashton is on par with others in the field. Curtis was friendly and courteous. I would recommend him to others

Nice to ask for help and have it completed in less than a day! Curtis asked me to send photos of the broken parts so he could purchase them and show up ready to install, if asked. Love it!

Mr. Ashton sought to establish whether or not my sump pump was even working before trying to replace ( which was the initial thought) and I was pleased to learn that the pump actually does work saving me a couple of hundred dollars. I appreciated his conscientiousness.

Very conscientious work, but if he must cut any drywall, he will not patch it himself, and a drywall specialist must be separately called.

Told me the faucet pressure was fine. While it was better than in the past it still wasn't where it used to be before HD installed a dishwasher.

Timely in making repairs. Fair price. Curtis thought there may have been need for "snake" to declog drain. When installing garbage disposal, he realized problem was with disposal. Worked fairly. Did not come up with make-work projects to earn additional money. I would hire again.

Plumber replaced a garbage dispsal that didn't need replacing. Also replaced a kitchen fauset after claiming that replacement parts were no longer available (unable to verify if true). Overcharged for both parts and labor for all the work. We complain about the overcharges and he refunded $75. Later we discovered that the problem with the disposal was with the drain, which needed to be snaked out. We then wrote him a letter asking for refund of the cost of the disposal and the labor to install it. He refused. We would not recommend this plumber at all. Our experience was completely unsatisfactory.
