They installed my system as well as perform the regular maintenance on it. Rafael was out today and did a wonderful job. If I could request him for the next visit I would. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

The installation guys put drop cloths down over my carpet from the entry door to the inside HVAC unit to keep from getting my carpet dirty. The installers were polite, professional and worked hard; never stopping to take a break. They cleaned up everything and did a great job. Tim Griffin sold me the unit and he really knows his stuff. He thoroughly explained which unit I should buy and why. He answered his phone every time I called him with a question. Excellent customer service from Tim Griffin (engineer & sales) and Carlos and Jeffrey (the two installers)

Did not replace all the parts needed for the furnace. Plus way overcharged for the systems they installed.

Nice, they came out second day service but charging $400 for a 25 part seems excessive. But on the other hand, it was nice getting the AC running again.

Young man did get the problem solved ,but me being a senior citizen with limited income it was very expensive for me.

ARS contacted me about scheduling service. I had forgotten about setting up the appointment.

Technician was very thorough with the job and also very informative.

I’m quite happy with the results of our AC unit install. There was some miss-communication within the company that caused some delays, but our AC replacement installation was really difficult in having to go thru the roof inti a tight space. Once the techs realized what the nature of the job was, they did an epic job. I had 4 or 5 business previously that didn't even offer a bid for this job. ARS beat the only other two quotes offered. I recommend them highly.

More the salesmanship to beware of. Pushy and very smooth. Did not even get any paperwork on what I bought. Supposed to be a brand new system. No written warranty. Lied about who would be out to see me. Supposed to be the best Carrier furnace there is. The 2 installers that came out were not even installers -they were inspectors.

The technician performed the contracted system checkup and explained all issues in detail.

They came out to the house quickly and did a great job at a reasonable price. Would recommend & will use again in the future.

We just purchased our home that had a new hvac system installed. But once we moved in we struggled with keeping warm & were using space heaters in addition to the heating system. We had several estimates. ARS sent Matthew to check out our system & why it was not working properly, who was amazing & very professional. He gave us a clear & understandable explanation why it was not working properly & our options for the system. We opted to have a Comfort Care coordinator, Brandon, come out to give us different options for repair & replacement. We opted to replace the whole system because there were some major issues that really needed to be addressed & fixed. When the installers arrived, there was some misunderstandings & miscommunications & both Matthew & Brandon went above to help clear those up immediately!! So far we are so please, not only with our HVAC choice, the company, & the care we were given by both Matthew & Brandon!! We definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs!!

Great service, on time support

Gave me a window but called when they'd be late. Checked furnace and explained the problem. Charged what they said they would. Did not charge extra for a Sunday (my furnace only goes down on weekends). Great service.
