Description of Work: Service performed in Jun 2010. Located and emptied the septic tank. Rather than damage the property/lawn he left the truck in the driveway and linked long sections of hose to make one long enough to reach the tank and service it. Replaced and recovered the tank cover hatch and left it neat.

Description of Work: Prior to selling my house, I used Aits Septic Service for a couple of decades. They are a responsible family business that took care of my septic needs at a fair price. The price quoted here is the best of my memory given I left the final receipt with my purchaser. If they ever become licensed in Fauquier County, I will gladly subscribe the their service once more.

Description of Work: This was the emptying of our septic tank which is required every five years by Prince William County. Aits Septic Service arrived on schedule and did the job well. They did minimum disturbance to the lawn in finding and opening the tank.

Aits inspected and identified issues that were going to be a problem. From that point, we had to get others (engineers, subcontractors) involved.
