Description of Work: Prince William county requires the septic tank be cleaned out every five years. This company is great, always responsive, and...well, does a nasty job just beautifully. I highly recommend. As far as this household is concerned, when you want the best call AITS.

Description of Work: I USE THEM EVERY 5 YEARS & HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED. IT'S BEEN 15 OR 20 YEARS NOW. THHEY HAVE TO DIG TO GET TO THE CONCRETE TANH. THE LID IS REMOVED & THE TANK DRAINED TILL THERE'S JUST A LITTLE LEFT. THAT IS SO SOME BACTERIA ISLEFT. THEN RINSED OUT & FILLED . THE HOSES ARE VERY LONG ,SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO BRING TRUCK INTO THE YARD.PEOPLE W/ LARGE FAMILIES WOULD NEED IT DONE MORE OFTEN. IT'S SO IMPORTANT TO THROW ONLY PAPER IN TOILET~~NOT EVEN TISSUES. THE STARTING PRICE TO REPLACE DRAINFIELD IS @ $80,OOO I WAS TOLD , SO IT PAYS TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SYSTEM. |

Description of Work: AITS pumped my septic tank in the Spring of 2014. A friend of mine who has been using them for years referred me to AITS. They arrived on time, pumped the tank, and left the yard in good shape after digging the hole. Overall very professional, and I will use them again.

Description of Work: Atis was very busy and could not get out to do the work as fast as I needed it so they found someone else that could help me out immediately. I would definitely call them first next time I need someone to work on my septic system. The company went above and beyond after hours to solve my problem.
