Description of Work: This outfit is terrific. I have been there several times with both cars and they have not only been able to correct the problem, but they are very reasonably priced and extremely courteous. Also very knowledgeable and helpful.

Description of Work: I was having issues with my 1999 Infinity I30. It would idle REALLY rough at stop lights or when just sitting in one place. Once I started driving it was ok. I had taken to a place and had the EGR valve replaced which didn't solve the problem, then had the MAS replaced and that didn't solve the problem. Took it here to have these guys look at it and dropped it off and had my daughter take me to work. Stopped by after work to see what they found and the guy at the front desk was busy ringing up a customer and getting him his keys. I was next in line. After finishing up with previous customer, he grabbed my paperwork and my car keys, looked over the paperwork and when I asked what they found out why my car was acting like that, he said, " bring it back when there's really something wrong with it" "It runs like a dream" Well, that "dream"car sputtered up a hill as I left and STILL idled REALLY rough at stop lights!! I'm not sure they even looked at it as they had so many cars parked in the lot that they were supposed to have been working on and what appeared to me as so few guys actually working there. I would DEFINITELY not recommend this company. I felt rudely treated and rather talked down to being a woman. I later watched a video online and my daughter and I replaced the spark plugs and ignition coils and NOW it runs like a dream!

Description of Work: They have been the ONLY source of auto repairs that I have used for the last 20 years. EWhether it is mechanical work or buying tires, whatever, if it involves my car it involves Aid Tire and Auto. They have my complete trust and confidence.

Description of Work: I brought two cars in from another state and needed to get them inspected in Virginia. One passed immediately and the second, an older car had several problems we knew about. More than a few times I've moved from one state to another and always I have been ripped off for car inspections. Here at Aid Tire is the first time that did not happen. All the work was done while we waited and I was very satisfied with the work done on my cars and the price I paid.

Description of Work: The service performed was Auto Inspection. The process was extremely quick, I didn't need appointment, and as soon as I entered thru the door they greeted me with much courtesy.
