Very professional service. The technician showed up on time and did a good job. He installed a new kitchen faucet and repaired the garbage disposal. I had purchased a brand new garbage disposal but I didn’t end up needing it because he was able to repair my old one at no extra cost. He monitored the old one to make sure that there were no residual leaks and he also gave me advice. He saved me money because I was able to return the new garbage disposal that I purchased. Friendly, professional and honest service. I would definitely recommend and would use them again.

I called Priority1 to get a second opinion on a water leak in my basement, which was causing considerable damage, not to mention the lack of water as we had to switch off the mains. I had tried another company, who sent 3 different people to try and diagnose the issue. Priority1 immediately found the source of the leak, and rounded up and dispatched their team early on a Saturday. The team worked through the rain, with lots of digging involved in the driveway and next to the house, so we could have water that day. Two things made me hire them immediately upon meeting with them: (1) their quick diagnosis and explanation of the issue inspired great confidence in their technical abilities; and (2) they went out of their way to get a team to fix the issue immediately, so we could continue to have water. I must also mention that they fixed the work seamlessly, and left the site and house as pristine as it can get after major excavation, and work through drywall.

Quick, efficient, clean

Very thorough and meticulous with the work. Made sure everything was done to code and followed up promptly with minor updates.

We had our sewer ejector pump running continuously one morning and we weren't sure if that was normal or not. We were referred to Paul by our neighbor a while back after he had some sump pump issues and we were so happy we stored his info right away. We called Paul at 7:30am and he was here by 8am. He was awesome! He told us what he wanted to do to troubleshoot the issue, see if he could repair it first, worked on it (cleaned it out, flushed it) and then informed us we needed to replace the ejector itself. Before he did all the work and before he gave us the estimate for the replacement, he had already called to Winchester and made sure they had a new pump for him to pick up, so when he informed us we needed a new pump of course our next questions were, "how much?" and "how long for the part?". The estimate was a good price (and it included the time he already was with us, get the new part from Winchester and installing it, all in the same day!) and he was off to another call and to pick up the pump. He called us as he was on the way back to us. He arrived and installed the new pump and a piece of melted PVC pipe that was warped from the old pump overheating and melting it. Paul was professional, timely and we will definitely be using his services in the future. He worked clean and left no trace that he was here working! Booties, took all the trash and even wiped the floor where he initially came in and had some wetness on the floor (it was ice storming the day he came). Thank you Paul and Priority One Plumbing!
