We came home to a 3 day flood in our basement due to a busted water heater. I called Priority One at 7:30 and Paul had us back up and running with hot water the next day. Permit, water heater, and brought us completely up to code. Everybody needs a guy for this and a guy for that... Paul is forever my anything plumbing guy!

Priority 1 responded very quickly- on a Saturday- to drain and replace a leaking hot water heater!! Paul was excellent. He efficiently drained and removed the faulty unit, answered all my questions, and installed the new unit in a timely manner. I highly recommend Paul and Priority 1.

Outdoor faucet was spraying water every which way - everywhere but where we wanted it. Not an emergency, though, as the faucet turned off OK. Based on good reviews shown in Home Advisor, we called Priority One Plumbing for assistance. Made an appointment and was told a plumber would be at our home between 1 and 4 PM on the day of my choosing. In my experience, that usually means someone will show up a bout 3:59 (or later). Not this time. Plumber Paul contacted me on cell phone shortly before 1 PM and was on-scene about 15 min later. He quickly looked at the problem, determined the faucet needed to be replaced, and within a few mins provided a cost estimate. We gave the go-ahead and he went right to work. Work was done professionally and quickly, and all the while he was friendly and outgoing, explaining what he was doing at each step. We are extremely satisfied with Paul's work in particular and Priority One's overall responsiveness and courtesy. Well Done! We'll definitely use them again!.

They replaced our hot water heater. The price was fair, the customer service was outstanding, and Paul did a highly professional job changing out the old system for the new one. I highly recommend them.

The project was very challenging, because it was located in an area that was very difficult to reach and work between an air duct an the ceiling with nails from the floor above, however; Paul was able to complete the job without much trouble. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his work.
