The only issue I had was delay in delivery of fabrics due to supply chain issues. I would certainly use them again for my upholstery needs.

Paige is experienced and very professional. They reupholstered a tufted couch and two tufted chairs, the work was beautiful way beyond my expectations and Iâ m so thankful. I was a little nervous because this was my first project and the set was very expensive but they came through in the clutch in a timely manner. Had some arm covers for couch made. She did great job with material I had sent. Only issue was her not seeing material I sent and delaying the arm covers a week or so.

I had a small recliner that needed to be reupholstered. After checking a couple places I stumbled upon B&B Upholstery. Their reviews were great and met with Paige. She helped me select a fabric that would wear well and not go out of style in the next 10 years. Their staff came to my home to pick up the recliner and delivered it when it was completed. Everyone within driving or delivery distance should use this company. If I could give them a 10 I would. The old family rocker and footstool looks the best they have ever looked. The reupholster of my old desk chair seat is more comfy than the original seat. The repair of the broken recliner frame and arm made the recliner sit firm again. They even kindly installed some recliner risers for a family member free of charge. Please use this company for all your furniture repair and redo needs. They are amazing, caring, prompt, economical, and professional.

Paige was wonderful. Very patient, informative and very honest. When I chose upholstery fabric that was not strong enough for my sofa, she told me so. They re-upholstered 2 wing back chairs, 2 sofas, and 3 other chairs already. They all look great! I have 2 more sofas (as soon as I find the right fabrics).
