Excellent service! Once I booked with Home Advisor, customer service called within 30 minutes to confirm my call. The plumber quickly diagnosed my issue and completed the job. I had 2 plumbers previously to look at the plumbing in my master bath but we re unable to properly diagnose the problem. I highly recommend 20/20! Their services were outstanding!

I needed to replace the faucet for my kitchen sink. I was given a 2-hour timeslot on a saturday when the pro would come to my house. When they didn't come in first hour and a half, I called up their office. They mentioned that they are unable to reach the pro and hence sent someone else for my project. The new guy set the expectation that it would take him 15 minutes to reach and then about 30 minutes to get the job done. I liked that, just had to update my plans a bit. Overall, I was happy with the work done. We needed an extension pipe, which the professional provided to us and charged $15 for the same. He was well-prepared. In the future, I would definitely consider doing business with the company.

I had a lot of small issues: no hot (only warm) water for a few sinks, old cartridges, dripping sinks, screeching showers, etc. The guy came in and fixed a few of them. He kept forgetting a few issues though. He'd say "okay, all done." and I'd recap what my issues were and he'd go and fix a couple he missed. And it'd repeat. He was friendly no doubt but I ended up leaving a few issues unfixed because I lost track of which items were done and which weren't. The prices were fair for the ones he fixed so I'm happy with that.

Updated from old 40gal to new 50gal. Already can tell the difference. Love it!!
