When my kitchen floor turned into a swimming pool, I knew I needed help fast. I went straight to 2020 Drain Clean & Plumbing. Jose came out that day and after carefully listening to my series of events that occurred leading to the new pool in the kitchen, he very methodically went to work sleuthing out the problem and fixed it. He was very informative of what he was doing while he was doing it. Jose was also very careful concerning my house and took pains to ensure no further damage occurred, and cleaned up everything after he finished the work. I am very happy with the work. While I hope I don't see them anytime again soon, I will not hesitate to call them if I do.

The technician was knowledgeable and installed the option I selected. The part was very expensive but I understand that is the price for such item. Overall I was happy with the service I received.

It was a pleasure working with this company. I appreciated their professionalism and how easy the whole process was. I called that morning and by evening they had finished the job. I was kept in the loop the entire time and two estimates were given to me, one for repair and one for replacement of a new water heater. There was no pressure to do the more expensive option. I even ended up using them again for a evaluation of a second water heater. They only charged a service charge of $45 and understood when I told them we wouldn t need the repairs afterall. It is rare to find a company as honest and efficient. I have saved them in my contacts and will be using them again and again.

Great service. Great response time. The technician was very knowledgeable and repair my hot water heater very quickly. He was able to answer all of my questions. Completed the job in my timeframe.

Great company with a professional technician. They quickly diagnosed the problem which was in the waterline for my underground sprinklers. The sprinkler installer will be doing the repair and I will be hiring 20/20 to do other plumbing jobs in my home in the future.

I had water heater problem. When I talked to other contractors everyone gave me the option of replacing the water heater itself. But Abdullah Aslamyaar first gave me the option the option to check with the manufacturer and see if they can fix the problem under current warranty. Also gave me option cheapest option to fix the problem. Overall they preformed the service the next day I asked them to fix the problem. They are very prompt, professional and they provided the 5 star service at the lowest price.

Johnny came up with a creative solution for a challenging discharge line for sump pump installation. Kept me from having to cut through brick patio

Above all, the know their business and price was reasonable. They made good recommendations and did not do work that was unnecessary. I wish all of my vendors were like this.
