The work was awesome. I just loved the efficiency, and how he worked with the situation and how he explained what was going on. Got main taks done. As several others have said, this is a tad expensive. That's excatly the reason for the lower ratings. It almost looked like these prices are based on the maxim that "a client of clogged drain wouldn't mind paying a few bucks more" Wish that weren't the case. The price makes it worth it for me to buy my own snaking supply. Regards

Nice folks, who came out quickly, and helped me resolve follow up issue after initial service. Pretty expensive to unclog a drain though; but after looking around, it's within the industry standard (which should be lowered - $325 to spend an hour running a snake is simply too expensive).

Joe and Ahmad came to my residence and fixed a problem that another popular company tried and failed miserably. They were neat, clean and extremely efficient. Also, the price tag was considerably less than what the others were going to charge! Could not give a higher recommendation.

Cleaned up after the job was done. Came on short notice. It turned out to be an ice ball blocking my sewer drain. I was given a discount.

I received a phone confirmation within a few minutes if hiring this company. The woman who made the call was extremely helpful and polite. She was reassuring that the plumber would fix the drain problem, and she was right.

Very good. They cleared the drain right away. rotor rooter came earlier in the week and they made a mess of the basement. I would recommend 20/20 clean drain.

My kitchen sink stopped up on Christmas Eve morning and I was having guests at night. It was also Sunday. Two polite young men showed up by 1:30 and my drain was clean by 2:30. I still had time to prepare my dinner. I am grateful they were available. I don’t know the going rate for drain cleaning, but it being Sunday and Christmas Eve, I would say I got good value at $250.00. Thank you, 20/20. I would use them again.
