Fixed the clogged drain and gave me 14 day warranty. Nice guy too and very clean.

We have a home built in 1950, and upgraded over the years. To say the least, the plumbing is convoluted. The technician, Joe, looked it over, figured out the clogged drain wasn’t the one to work on, went “upstream”, and clean the line out for one side of the house. Great job, made sure nothing leaked, and put our house back on line Also made some recommendations for preventing a clog in the future. Good work, thanks.

Can't think of the young man's name, but he properly diagnosed the problem. We were satisfied with the service, the price was reasonable and we would definitely use again.

I scheduled the appointment on line and then spoke with Anastasia in the office. She was friendly and answered any questions I had and said that Joe could come to check the problem. He did and had everything running great within a short time! He came back today to replace a small section of pipe that acquired a tiny crack and was leaking. I would definitely recommend 20/20 Drain Clean over any of the large companies!
