Ahmad came and cleared the drain after a number of snake attempts. It was clogged but afterwards the water drained nicely without overflowing.

The problem was bigger than just a clogged shower drain, they were very polite to let me know that I needed to contact my insurance company to become involved. They were polite and kept everything clean when they were at my home.

After putting in the request, their office contacted me immediately to schedule an appointment. They had availability the same day, but since it wasn't an emergency, I opted for the next day when I was off work. Ahmad was on time and very professional and friendly, and cleared the basement drain quickly!

Did they show up? Yes, and fast, within an hour and a half on a Saturday. Ahmad is an expert at what he does. He checked it all out, took things apart, and when the vile contents of the laundry sink spewed out of control, he fixed everything and left the laundry room spotless. Really nice guy and know his job. We will be calling again whenever we need anything plumbing related. Can't thank you enough.

The work was done on time and the service person was polite and professional. The work to clear a slow draining tub took less than 10 minutes and did not even really require the tub to be snaked. Yet, I was still charged the full estimate of $185. While this was the amount of the estimate given over the phone to snake a tub drain, I don't believe that it reflects the amount of work that was actually done.
