Very responsive and good value.

I filled out svc magic info at 12:30pm and Mr. Singh called immediately after I submitted the info. To tell the truth I was a little skeptical at first, but liked the idea of svc. call only being $49.00. I set up an appt. for between 6-8pm same evening. Mr. Singh arrived at about 6:45pm (he called when he was 30 mins. away) and was very knowledgable and explained what he was doing at each step during the repair. I don't know the actual cost of the part, so I can't say what the value for the money really was. I was pleased with his work and didn't think the cost was exorbitant. I would highly recommend him and use him again.

Manjit from US Appliances Services did an excellent job in repairing my clothes dryer. He immediately called when I contacted him through Servicemagic at 9:30 PM, he showed up on time when he said that he would, and he quickly determined and fixed my problem. I was very impressed with the service all around and he was very professional. I will not hesitate to call them again for any appliance repairs in the future.
