delays on parts but not the serviceman's fault

I used US Appliances Services to repair my dishwasher. I received excellent professional service. I plan to hire them again for another project.

Provided a prompt estimate for repairs and was candid with me that buying a new unit would be more cost effective elsewhere.

They phoned me and arrived at my house within 30 minutes of me getting in the Service Magic site. Unreal. Great service - knowledgeable - neat - professional. They will get my business in the future.

Great experience. We were having an ice maker replaced, and although it did not work properly at first, I was extremely impressed with the follow up. They came back immediately and worked to resolve the issues.

Great experience! Highly recommend this company, and have already referred them to several family and friends. My washing machine had a massive leak and US Appliance came within a few hours of my call. Within three days (over a holiday weekend, no less), they had ordered the part and made the repairs. They were also very professional, came right on time, and had very reasonable prices. Best service experience so far on Service Magic, and their high ratings are very well-deserved.

Sam was quick to respond to my phone call and kept me updated since this is a rental unit of mine. He installed the heating element in the oven that evening and was a true professional. What a fantastic employee you have!!! I would definately use you company again and again!!!!

My tech was great! He was knowledgable, very informative. He showed me things as he determined the problem and let me see he was using the appropriate items the remedy the problems. It was more expensive than I would have liked, but less expensive than replacing the whole refrigerator / freezer! I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

This has been the best experience I have had in a very long time when hiring a contractor to fix an appliance at home. My problem was taken care of and fixed the same day. Awesome job!

The man was very nice and efficient -- no complaints at all. The only thing that bothered me was that he said if I contact them directly next time instead of going through service magic it would be about $15 less or so since they have to pay Service Magic a fee for the contact. I really felt that they shouldn't pass that charge on to me -- it is a benefit for them if they get business from service magic and I shouldn't absorb that charge.

Very professional and speedy! Also cleaned my freezer out for me after making the repair. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.
