A little pricy but on time, polite, and did great work so would use again.

I received a phone call regarding my online request for service within 2 minutes. The repairmen were at my house within 3 hours. They were friendly, respectful, and competent. My repair was complete within 1 hour. I would use US Appliances Services again, and they would be my first choice. I had called 2 large repair companies and the soonest they could come to my house was 8 days out, and one of the companies was downright rude on the phone. I am glad that my fridge was repaired the same day. Thanks!

Very prompt - the issue could not be recreated but they seemed knowledgable

Singh gave us a quick call within 10 mins of submitting our request, and he showed up on time at the agreed upon time. After diagnosing the issue, there was a need to order a part, which he obtained within 2 days as stated. Although we felt the price was a bit high for what was done, we were happy with the overall service received. We would use this company again, and suggest others obtain their "final" price before starting any work.

He was on time, did a good job.

Came a few hours after I called. Fixed my dryer in about an hour -- replaced heater assembly. All is good.

Returned my email request for service within minutes. Came to fix my oven the next day. Had the part in the truck and was done quickly. Highly recommend this company!

US Appliance service was prompt and helped me with my dishwasher repair. They were much less expensive than the other repair services that I contacted. My dishwasher still has a problem, but I have not had time to recontact the service.

Missed the arrival window, so I called. They quickly sent out another technictian who arrived 20 minuntes after my call. They waived the diagnostic fee and quickly determined the cause and repaired my icemaker. Pleased with the end result. Will hire again.

We had a good experience came gave an estimate and returned with the part as agreed at no extra charge and on the date we agreed. Mr. Singh was very polite and prompt. We will use this company again.

Absolute garbage. Diagnosed the problem incorrectly. Took a deposit for the part that was misdiagnosed. Once they returned to fix the problem and realized they were wrong, they correctly offered to return part of the money from the deposit. However, months later and multiple messages ignored i have yet to see the money....BEWARE. Serviceman was Manjit.

The service man was very friendly, very helpful, quick and reliable. I have a new phone number and gave the dispatcher the wrong number AND my house address was misspelled due to my cell phone reception. They sent an e-mail to let me know they were having trouble finding the place and were able to send the service man back, still within the promised time. When he came back he came exactly at 3PM like he said he would. Best of all the repair was done quickly and well. (I have white carpets and he asked if he should take off his shoes - and he did) we're very happy with the service he provided.
