The technician did a great job figuring out the bad stirrer motor in my GE Profile microwave on his initial visit. On his return visit with the replacement motor, he quickly replaced the bad motor and my microwave is now working like brand new. I'm completely satisfied with the work and cost of repair (which is much less than buying a new Profile microwave).

We had a problem with our washer. Mr. Singh arrived quickly and identified the problem. He ordered a part and fixed the washer for us within a day. This is the first time we have used this service, but plan to use them again for appliance repair.

Responded real quick for a fair price. Got it fixed within a hour and was all around happy.

Technician arrived as expected. He told me the cost of repairing my dishwasher was greater than the cost of a replacement. Enough said.

Mr. Singh was prompt, courteous and quickly identified the problem with our washer. He needed to order a part and kept us informed when there was a delay in receiving the correct part. He called to tell us exactly when to expect him and arrived promptly. While installing the part he identified another problem and fixed it immediately. We will definitely call when we have another repair need. We highly recommend.

I had a problem with my gas cooktop and Mr. Singh was able to come my home in less than 24 hours. He found that he needed to order parts and then come back and install them. Both times he arrived exactly when expected, was EXTREMELY polite and efficient. He explained exactly what he needed to do and gave me a detailed estimate before proceeding. I think his prices are reasonable and I will definitely call him for repairs in the future. I wish I had found him years ago.

When you have an issue at home, you want a person to arrive quickly, identify and inform you accurately about the problem and get it fixed within a reasonable budget. Mr. Singh was right on target on all the above aspects.

The service was great!

Singh came to fix the ice maker in an Electrolux fridg. He worked hard and long to find new parts. It took a while for the parts to come in, more than a week. He came today and installed the new parts, but the ice maker still does not work. He explained to me why it would not work and showed me where the problem was. He charged me nothing! An Electrolux person will have to come out, and even then the repair would cost around $800, with no guarantee that it would work. Singh was more than helpful and put a good effort in trying to make the ice maker work. So much for Electrolux!

Fast service, efficient, honest. This is the second time that I have used this service, and plan to use them again for appliance repair.

Just a tad bit expensive, Total was $200. Labor ($100) to replace one gas cooktop burner for about 15 minutes to service (replace part). The burner assembly part was $100. Retail online was only $77.00 plus $8.00 shipping. However, cooktop is working well.

It went wonderfully.

Great Service. The guys were on time and the same day as I was connected on line to them
