I was very pleased with US Appliances Services' work. The company called me within a minute of my making the request on HomeAdvisor. They offered to come the following morning but I was not available so they agreed to come the following afternoon. The repairman arrived a few minutes early and was extremely polite. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what needed to be done. He made the repair quickly as well.

US Appliances Services were very prompt to respond. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem with our oven, order the part, and install it in time for Thanksgiving. Customer service and fair pricing are top priorities for this company - and it shows!

Great service to replace a part in a Jenn-Air microwave. The appliance is too nice to discard and replace. So repair made sense. This first rate company responded instantly to an online query. They give very sound advice. Technician Mr. Singh really knows his stuff. Strongly recommend. Price very reasonable. Five stars all around.

Great service for sure. I certainly received prompt service with an initial visit the day of my call and a final visit the day after (had to order parts). He was very detailed, answered my questions and finished the work quickly.

He showed up on time and was extremely professional. I will definitely use them again if ever needed.

Very prompt service. Requested the service just after lunch and they scheduled for this evening. Repairman was very courteous, left his shoes outside on the front step to avoid tracking in any water (it was raining today) and diagnosed the issue quickly. Will definitely be calling these folks again the next time an appliance conks out.
