Called at 6pm on the Friday before Memorial Day and was surprised to get an answer. I gave the very nice lady my information and Mr. Singh came out the next morning right on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our 11 year old GE Profile 'fridge, told us what it would cost to repair, and fixed it, all within probably a 1/2 hour. He also gave us some very good care and maintenance tips. All this with a smile on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend! Great job, great service provider, and all around nice guy. We will definitely call them again when we have appliance/HVAC issues.

The service man visited my home three times could not fix the refrigerator not cooling down issue. The first two visits he told me the issue was fixed without through testing. The third time he just told me to buy a new one. I would not suffer another week if he told me I should replace my refrigerator at the first visit.

The guy came to my home 3 times and could not fix the not cooling down issue. Finally he told me to buy a new refrigerator. I paid the diagnose fee. If he told me at the first visit I would not suffer another week.

Quickly returned phone call. Came on time and performed repair quickly. He also did a great job explaining what the problem was and how to prevent a future repair. Five stars easy!

Honest repairman. 1st, I was running about 10 minutes late due to a dentist appointment issue. The repairman called me and said he would wait for me to arrive and to take my time! He quickly examined my broken washing machine and determined the was damaged beyond a reasonable cost to repair it. The repairman gave me good advice on a new replacement machine. He also checked and reset the electrical controls on my dryer that I had been having a power failure issue with and did this at no additional cost to the original service charge. Very friendly, quickly figured out the problem and did not try to sell me anything I did not need along with providing honest advice for a decent replacement washer. I would definitely recommend this company!

The initial repair did not completely correct the problem. Service person had to order a second part which then solved the problem. Service person was punctual, very pleasant and explained the issue and the corrective action required. I was very satisfied with the quality of workmanship and the efficiency of the service.
