We cannot thank US Appliances Services in Gainesville, VA for the quick, professional services by Mr. Manjit this past Friday and Saturday, 28/29 JAN 2022. Our 7-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer appeared to give up the ghost requiring a technician's visit and diagnosis. Mr. Manjit was quick to respond, advised us by phone when to expect him and arrived, on time, as he promised. He identified what appeared to be the problem, phoned for parts, drove off to pick up the parts, and returned within 30 minutes. After installing the part (a computer module), Mr. Manjit advised us of his "FIX" and that he would check back on Saturday morning to determine if the refrigerator was cooling properly >> On Saturday, the refrigerator WAS NOT COOLING! Mr. Manji advised he was on the way to further investigate, arriving within the hour. He quickly ascertained the problem, rendered his opinion and his recommendation that further repairs would not be financially practical. He made arrangements to return the module and charged us for the SERVICE CALL ONLY! Throughout the two-day effort, Mr. Manjit was a calm, cool professional and rendered superb appliance service. He diagnosed the problem within 10 min. Gave me a reasonable quote that I accepted. My dryer was fixed shortly there after. He was in Ann out in 30 min. Mind you, my dryer repair was only minor. The circuit board needed to be replaced. He was fast and efficient.

I highly recommend Mr. Singh with US Appliances Services if you need any type of appliance repair! Over the past two years, Mr. Singh has repaired my washer, dryer and refrigerator. Each time I have called him he is very quick to respond and has come out within a day to check the appliance. He was very well versed on each of my appliances and provided a great deal of information on what the problems were. He gave good estimates and performed the service very quickly. I fully trust Mr. Singh and cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism! I will call him for any future appliance issues that I might have.

Mr. Singh was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt and even came to access our problem on a holiday. He checked in with us via texts and phone while waiting for the part to come in. When he arrived to do service he was courteous, professional, and efficient. He let us know we did not have to worry about our appliance, we could simply call. He also recommended we get a service contract for potential future problems with other appliances in our home. Mr. Singh followed up with us after the repair to make sure things were ok. He is knowledgeable and provides great customer service. We called around before deciding to go with him. His rates are fair and we are happy with the service rendered. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Singh knows his stuff and is very flexible on scheduling to suit your needs. Oven is fixed and working great.

He was very prompt and professional, answered all my questions and provided very good suggestions.

I submitted a request for a dryer lint blockage to be removed and when the technician arrived, he tested my dryer to see if it was working (I already knew it worked) and then told me what I already knew: that there was a lint blockage! He also told me that he did not do that type of work, referred me to a friend who could do it and promptly requested that I pay him $59.95 for his diagnosis. I am appalled that he would charge me, knowing he was not able to remove the lint blockage before he arrived... but he did. I gave him a 1.5 rating only because he was extremely nice - but he did no work, so I can not give a better rating.

I contacted this company because I knew my dryer was not functioning properly due to a lint blockage. I provided these details when the service technician texted me and was advised of a $59.95 diagnostic charge that would be applied to the actual service. But when he came, all that happened was a diagnosis of what I already knew, an announcement that I needed to call a different person to actually perform the service (with a referral to his friend) & a reminder that I owed the $59.95 fee (for no work and no attempt to look at the house to see if the blockage was in an area where he could remove it). The only thing positive I can say is the technician was very nice - but I'm no better for having scheduled this service and out of $60.
