Person looked at the garbage disposal, said it would be $125 to take it out/ repair--too much. Cost $50 to tell me that I needed a new disposal. Said that he could take the disposal out for $95 in cash, instead of a card. I believe that I received minimal service.

US Appliances repaired our washing machine. He was on time, gave us an accurate estimate, answered our questions, gave us advice regarding maintenance and told us he will call to follow up in a few days. We are very happy with the work, will call them in the future and would recommend them without hesitation.

The service technician was on time, neat and polite. A parts department error kept him from his first repair attempt for which he was very apologetic. He returned the next day and quickly installed the part fixing our problem.

Mr Singh was very personable. I have a 19 yo double oven for which he recommended that I find a circuit board and membrane panel as well as a thermal fuse. i verified that he would be able to install these if I got them. I found the membrane panel and circuit board on eBay and called him to clarify which thermal fuse I would need since there are two possibilities. He was to call me back but didn't. I purchased them both to facilitate the process. No return call. I then started looking at repair videos, removed the ovens, tested the fuses and both were bad. We replaced them and a miracle, the ovens work. I should perhaps be grateful, it only cost me $88.00 in needed parts and shipping and a $50.00 service call. But I now have a membrane panel and circuit board which I don't need and which I paid $220.00 for. I will be prepared should my circuit board really fail in the future, but as nice as Mr Singh was, I will not be calling him to repair it.

Mr. Singh is courteous, professional, and does quick work. I highly recommend him.

I am glad to take the time to write a review for US Appliances Services. I was thoroughly impressed and I highly recommend them. I called when our washing machine stopped working in the middle of a cycle. I was told a repair person would be here the next day between 1:00 and 4:00 the next day. Mr. Singh was here at exactly 1:00. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work. He didn't rush through it, but took the time to explain what he was doing and why, clean out the machine as long as it was open, give us advice on how to maintain the machine, and even recommend ones for when we ever need a new one. He carefully wiped up every drop of water and dirt around it when he was done. Oh, and the price was quite reasonable. Just a few days later my parents' dryer broke, and they called US Appliances based on my recommendation. They were just as impressed by every aspect of the service. It's always a pain when an appliance breaks, but if you want the situation dealt with in the best way possible, call US Appliances Services.

They replied to both an email and a phone call within a half hour even though it was a Sunday night. Mr. Singh came out, tried to "reset" the fridge. He had me check in later that evening with a "progress" report. And then came out the next day to replace the part. Very, very nice man; very personable and helpful. It's always upsetting when an appliance goes haywire just before you are leaving town but he put me at ease.

Was punctual in showing up. Diagnosed the problem very quickly and went searching for the parts which pretty much took the whole day in locating it. Was very customer friendly and sincere; however, very expensive.

Came when they said, completed the job in 1/2 hr.

Came out to look at my slowly dying fridge, fridge was not worth fixing, I appreciated his honesty. He recommended we stick with GE products.
