He is VERY professional, efficient, and friendly. Reasonable cost to repair. Will recommend US Appliances Services to neighbors and friends.

US Appliances Services was fantastic when I called for a dishwasher repair (and later oven too). Great communication and customer service, which is rare. Instead of doing an expensive repair on our range, he recommended getting a new range, even though that meant no fee for him. I have already recommended US Appliances Services to several colleagues and friends.

I had hired US Appliance before for a refrigerator repair. When there was an initial problem, they came back and fixed it leading me to consider and hire them for repair of my gas range. The oven had an overwhelming smell of gas when turned on and made a loud banging sound. As this was very distressing and dangerous I hired US Appliance. I asked whether it could be repaired or was it time to purchase a new appliance. I was told it just needed a new ignition system. This worked for approximately two weeks until the smell of gas became even stronger and the loud bang started over again. When I called to report the problem I was told another part was needed which had to be ordered. It evidently took some time for the part to come in (big snow storm) and they stopped responding to my calls (the top burners were now emitting gas smell). Because of danger I went and purchased new appliance. Sequently two days later I was told the part was in and they just needed to pick it up. When I told them I had purchased new appliance, a refund was mentioned (their remark) I subsequently called and left message about refund and have received no reply.

He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem.

I had a great experience with US Appliances Services! My washing machine malfunctioned, and I had called another business to repair. They told me it would be two weeks until they could send some. So, I called US Appliances. They came the next day, ordered the part, and repaired it the following day. They were very accommodating to my schedule and explained everything. I would recommend them to anyone!

The owner Mr.Singh called and scheduled a time convenient for us and showed up on time.He had already given a rough estimate over the phone and that was helpful.He found out the problem right away and replaced the garbage disposal unit and tested it and had me test the appliance prior to accepting payment.The charge seemed reasonable.
