I hired this company to fix a leaking washing machine and proactively clean my dishwasher. Prior to this, my dishwasher was working fine, but I had read something that said you should clean out under the basket. The repair person had asked to be left alone, which was strange to me, and then proceeded to say that my dishwasher was cheap and could just be cleaned with vinegar. I just ran my dishwasher and it is completely filled with water. This was not happening prior to this company servicing it. I called to see if this could be remedied and the service person yelled at me that it was all my fault and hung up on me! This is completely unacceptable. Do not hire this company.

We called another company to fix our ge cafe refrigerator first. This company without even taking the refrigerator apart said it was a fan and ordered the part. After 3 weeks and me having to call them almost daily to ask about the part, we called us appliances. He came out same day, pulled the refrigerator apart and actually showed us what was not working. It ended up being 3 motors. He ordered them right away and the parts were in within 6 days. He was professional, courteous and very competent.
