Mr. Singh was polite, prompt, had a good sense of humor, and was professional. He was knowledgeable about our refrigerator and I would feel comfortable recommending him to anyone in need of a repair! He suggested we defrost our refrigerator to determine if it would resolve the issue first to "save us money." It's rare to find someone who even says that on a service call! The money we spent on the call was well worth the value, as we were able to isolate where the issue could occur. Thank you!!

Customer service was excellent. Mr. Singh contacted me within minutes of submitting my request through HomeAdvisor and stopped by the next day. He quickly assessed the issue, ordered the part by phone, and offered to come back on a Saturday morning with the to accommodate my schedule. He was in and out within 15-20 minutes. Not only that, he provided detailed explanations of everything as he was repairing the unit. He will definitely receive our business again.

I had a great experience with US Appliances Services. I found them through your site and asked for help and they called me within minutes on Friday. Their repairman, Manjit Singh, came to my house Friday afternoon, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the proper part. He said that the part would be in Monday and he would come and fix it for me that day, and he did! It was quick and clean and the whole thing was very easy. I'd like to add that Mr. Singh was very polite and friendly, I felt very comfortable with him fixing my dishwasher. He even gave me some helpful tips on running my dishwasher for the best results in cleaning my dishes and maintaining a healthy washer. I would absolutely hire the company again and I will recommend them to friends.

They are very friendly and conscientious. The repair took longer than expected because they had difficulty getting the correct part from their vendor. However they were persistent and eventually completed the repair at the cost they quoted.

Very professional, alerted me the day before it would be a 2 hour window for arrival; he called me while he was on his way and arrived on time. Very straight forward, explained what was going on and to fix it should it occur again.

Great experience- very prompt (actually early) and available for same day repair! Knowledgeable and efficient and courteous- no one wants to have to handle a major appliance repair but they made it so much easier for me.

I almost didn't hire the repair man because he was impatient with me on the phone (interrupted me when I was asking questions). I hired him anyway because our laundry was piling up. I was also taken aback with the cost of the repair ($270), almost the cost of the dryer. I did appreciate his honesty, though when he explained the cause of the problem and explained how to avoid the problem in the future. In the end, he fixed the dryer, and it seems to be working fine.
