The guys were very nice and professional and promt.

Quick response, showed up on time and took care of my issue.

It seemed expensive but it was a job we could not have done ourselves and we appreciate them for doing it. It certainly was less expensive than the damage we might have incurred if we hadn't been able to close up critter access to our home. And the men traveled quite a distance to get here. We hope it was worth it!

Today Kenny and Scott once again did and outstanding job removing 5 baby birds nesting in my outside gas chimney vent and putting a screen there so the birds can't come back. This is the second time I used them to remove birds and both times they were 100% effective and no issues. I would call Kenny and Scott again if I get more birds in another location. I requested two new bird cover and they put the same covers back on which were mine and charged me for new ones. I did not notice until the next day and I called them and received no answer or call back. I will never use this system ever again and I will advise other as well.

I was eager to have a “raccoon latrine” cleaned up from my basement window well, and reading how dangerous the cleanup of potentially infested fecal matter could be, we opted to find professionals that knew what they were doing and could do a thorough job. VA Animal Control was very friendly, informative, honest, willing to quote a reasonable price over the phone, and come the next day. They came on time, cleaned and sanitized the immediate mess within the window well, then went further and cleaned and sanitized the area surrounding the window well in case there was any chance of droppings there as well. I would definitely hire them again for any critter cleanup.

I had contacted two other contractors and neither was able to resolve the problem. Upon inspection, one wouldnâ t even attempt it. VA Animal Control was very responsive to my call. Kenny and Scott were professional and respectful to my property and myself. They removed the birds nesting in my exhaust duct in guest bathroom. They went through the attic and got the birds replaced the air duct. Watching them get the birds removed look like a 911 rescue. The guys were prompt and courteous. They needed to do some extra cleaning and they discussed the price with me and I agreed. No more dead birds in our stove vent, everything cleaned and sanitized and they put screens on 3 vents.

I would have appreciated having a typed report of what he thought the problem was and solution! I wish I had picked a company with more experience. Six years not enough. He made two suggestions neither could handle, our problem was to small!looking for specialists with rodents REPAIR was hard! His report should have said 1. 2. 3. He told me stuff but I needed this in the report. Never having experience anything like this warrants a clear report.

First time using this type of service. Scott of VA Animal Control arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation to remove the birds safely. He was able to block that area at the top corner of the house so no more birds could enter. Very happy with his customer service!

Mr Kimmy was great. He acted very quickly for me when I discovered I had a family of foxes that had moved in under my carport. Within a couple of days he had traps set and 4 baby foxes were caught. The mom then left the site with the other 2 babies and were not seen again. He left traps set for a full week just to make sure there were no other issues and that the problem was taken care of. The cost was very reasonable and all dealings were very professional. I would hire them again for other pest services. Kim particularly liked the humane way they rescued and rehabilitated the foxes. Great job, well done.

VA Animal Control Corp was the second company I contacted, and the differences between the two were astronomical. I requested a call through Home Advisor, and within 5 minutes of being on the phone with Kenny, I had an appointment for the next day and a price. Kenny showed up 20 minutes BEFORE the appointment and was done in less than 15 minutes. I cannot stress enough the level of customer service and care of this company. I would absolutely call them again, and I would recommend them to my family, friends, and neighbors.

VA Animal Control, Corp works quickly! I had an issue with mice excrements in my garage and needed it safely removed. Kenny and his teammate did the job and did it right. They even went out of their way to break down and carry boxes away i hadn t broken down yet and organized the garage. My garage is clean, sanitized, and smells pleasant. The price was fair for all the hard work completed.

Kenny & Scott were very efficient. We had what we thought were birds nesting in the chimney but they quickly figured out it was a family of raccoons. They took care of things and caused no harm to the animals or our house - Very Thankful! They didn't get to us until later in the day because they had been backed up. The only thing i would have liked would have been a phone call to know they were still coming. It was also our first time with pests in our chimney so I don't know how to value their fee of $435 but it seemed reasonable.

No special skills. They just put a trap outside with 2 pieces of apple. At the same spot for whole week. Didnt even move it . And picked up after a week. And charged above $400 for this. I think its not worth it. So people should try this first on their own by putting traps where needed instead of pay them to do that. If it doesnt work then they should hire someone.

I called about 8:30 a.m. about removing a dead fox from my back yard. Luckily, VA Animal Control was in my area and by 9:35 a.m., the dead fox had been removed from my back yard. No complaints about this timely and excellent service.
