Crew kept coming back to my house to ensure that no more squirrels were present in my attic. They did a wonderful job and will recommend to friends and family. Great job!!

Still have to finish a small roof repair, but the raccoons (3) are out of the attic.

They quoted one price (written quote), and then upon conducting their service, they charged $50 extra. My sick wife had to deal with them, because their 7am service call became 3pm service call - or else this would have never happened.

He did some work, but some work he did not do!

The guys were very prompt and explained everything that they found and needed to do. They set a trap for the unknown "critter" and came back the next day to empty it. They found and fixed the entrances and so far, no more "critters"! I never had to call to remind them about any of the work. In this area, that is a HUGE plus.

This was for a large dead deer in my backyard that no one else would take care of. Kenny and Jeff drive out of their way and handled the stinky mess quickly and professionally.

Came in, inspected house, could not find black snake and put out two snake boards down but did not bait. Charged $400 and recommended sealing the house for $800. I believe I got ripped off.

According to the HOA I was overcharged significantly for services.

He did a great job.

Expensive to remove a dead deer.

We hired Kenny to locate the source of the foul smell we were experiencing and throughout the whole process Kenny was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful beyond words. He is a stand up guy that went above and beyond to help us out with our pest problem. We highly recommended this company!!

Terms of our agreement changed after I paid. They did not catch or remove the ground hog. They removed their trap on schedule, but without any notification or discussion. The day after they removed the trap, the ground hog was wandering around my yard like it was a pet.

They were the Elite Wildlife Company and they were reliable and flexible with my schedule.

We had a family of Skunks living under our front deck and we needed some assistance in capturing and relocating them. Kenny got back to me right away and scheduled to come out. After a couple of issues with weather passed, the guys came out and within three days had captured and relocated all three of our skunks , 2 of whom were clearly babies. They provided updates all along the way and were quick to respond to any questions that I had. Hopefully I won't need them, but I would definitely use them again and recommend them .

They came and eliminated a groundhog instantly that made a home against my house. They came back a couple of times after to make sure there was no activity. Job well done!

Paid $435 to remove a racoon from my attic. I don't know if that is high or low compared to other vendors but I paid that because I was too busy to shop around. They were very quick to catch and remove the wildlife, which I appreciated. Phone interactions weren't very clear, I was quoted an amount on the initial call but when I called back to get clarification on what was included in the price I received a different quote. Then I was told an exact amount couldn't be given until they assessed the issue. Other than that everything went smoothly. Note: the price only included removal of the wildlife, no repairs were done. A temporary (cardboard) cover was placed in the whole to prevent more animals from coming in.
