They did a very difficult job for us by ripping out and replacing all of the insulation and facing boards in our crawl space. Everything was done well and all the places where rodents could get in were sealed to limit any access to the house.

Prompt service. Polite. They just completed the work so will have to wait and see if the squirrels can get back into the attic!

Kenneth was very responsive, came when promised, and was a nice guy. Only concern was cost; he had said $300 but by the time he came the critter was gone. All he had to do was clean debri and screen vent. Seems cost should have been adjusted. He was here half an hour. I would used him again but would clarify cost for job.

He arrived on time, was prompt and good at answering my questions. He was very helpful and the price was fair. I've already recommended him to a friend!

Kenny and his team did a good job trapping 2 squirrels that got inside the ceiling of the kitchen, and finish the gutter and roof repair work the following week. Hopefully this would be the end of my squirrel problem.

Kenny provides great customer service and did the most thorough inspection of our house, interior and exterior, that we've ever had. Pointed out the trouble spots and made sure to explain the process and then delivered the work as promised. I recommend VA Animal Control to anyone looking for quality work.

Kenny and his team at VA Animal Control were not only professional, but very thorough in their efforts. We had a raccoon and it's baby in our attic for over a month, we had another company out prior to them, who claimed they found nothing, yet we continually heard movement from up there, especially in the evening. VAC came out, went in, and captured the animals, without harm, and removed them. In our dealings with them, they were friendly, and understanding to a fault. Kenny, especially, has been great in dealing with us, and we would HIGHLY recommend their services to our friends, family and neighbors. Five stars doesn't seem like enough, for the relief they brought for our family.

Ultimately I only needed telephone guidance. They were timely in responding, knowledgeable, very customer-focused and not trying to push services. They also checked back a few days later to ensure that all was well.

He removed the bats, yes, but putting new insulation over paper filled with feces I cannot understand. I spoke with him about this, but he could not see where that would make a difference. Also, he left the feces where he put the screens. I felt this was not very healthy.
