They were awesome. Took care of problem and sealed the space.

We discovered a den of foxes living under our deck and sunroom. Kenny at VA Animal Control was prompt, knowledgeable, and scheduled two of his workers to come that afternoon to set cages. Within four days, they caught several of the pups before the mom and other pups moved on. The only negative comment I have is that the workers came into the house and tracked dirt from their shoes all over my carpets. I recommend they invest in shoe covers to use when entering someone's home or take their shoes off. In addition, when setting up a ladder in my basement, they scratched a piece of furniture when leaning the ladder against it to get into the window well. Overall, they provided the service that was needed in a prompt and efficient manner.

We had a home inspection and the inspector noted mouse droppings in the attic. The owner of VA Animal Control came out, inspected and determined bat droppings. This inspection was done at no cost due to no infestation. He was prompt, courteous and knew his business. Wrote him a check for his time, even though no issues were noted. I would recommend this company.

Really didn't think I should have paid $330 because he only placed 2 cover gauge instead of 3 but he charged me anyway because he only placed a screen one of them.

Front Yard was treated for a Mole problem. It appears the Mole has disappeared but, now has appeared in the Back Yard. May need additional treatments.

Kenny crawled into the hard to reach attic space and verified that I did not have Bats! he was disappointed but did not try to sell me on some other service nor charge me for the inspection call which I thought was great way to treat customers.

We had an emergency animal removal on off-hours. They showed up VERY quickly and were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend.

Kenny was very flexible since I wanted to let the bird chicks grow and fly away before having the vent cleaned. He did not charge me anything extra for his visit today. I will have him come back in a week or so, when the baby birds fly away, and have him do the project. Kenny is very knowledgeable in bird behavior and I learned things I did not know. Pretty cool, eh!

I did not get any other quotes. I had them come out and inspect our two attic/crawl spaces. They inspected to make sure everything was sealed. They suggested a couple of preventative measures that they could take. They cleared out the bird's nest in one of them. Here's hoping everything has been resolved.
