Quick response, good plan, multiple visits to set and clear traps, found access point and sealed it, tore out the nest, good clean up.

VA Rodent Control did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, they knew exactly what the problem was, they caught the squirrel and relocated her and then sealed up the entrance she made. Job was completed in less that a week, Fantastic organization

It was expensive but that's because they did such extensive repairs. Not what I was expecting, but worthwhile.

Kenny told me exactly what they were going to do and that is what they did. My wife and I are now "Sugar Glider" free and VA Animal control has installed the proper hardware to prevent another intrusion. Thank you VA Animal Control.

I filed a bat control request at 9AM; Larry (the owner) from VA Animal Control called me about 9:10 and arrived, as agreed, at about 11. He picked up the bat that had invaded our bathroom, put it in a container, checked the attic (no apparent colony) and then walked me around the house to point out the multiple places where bats could/might have entered. Very informative, very responsive. Am pleased with his service.

No more squirrels!

Kenny and his pest control technician were great. They responded to pest problem as well answered questions related to methods to prevent reentry into our home. They set their traps and the pest was captured immediately.

Quite expensive.

I hired them on August 9, 2017 to remove a few bats from my attic and seal off the access points. They processed my credit card for the full quoted amount for the job on the next day, even though the tech said it would be pay as you go. They did the work up to a point, but never finished. As of today November 23, 2017, over 3 MONTHS! later and my repeated phone calls and their broken promises to show up and finish the job I am still waiting. A one-way exit device for the bats which was only supposed to remain in place for a week or two still needs to be removed and the remaining hole to be sealed. At this point I don't know if the job will ever be completed and I may end up having to pay yet another company to finish the work that I already fully paid VA Animal Control to do 3 months ago.

I hired VA Animal Control to remove a bird's nest from my front porch. Birds had managed to remove the protective mesh over our soffit vents, I wanted VA Animal Control to come in and remove the nest. What I thought was a fairly straightforward job cost me $400, which I thought was overpriced for what was essentially sweeping out the open vent and then re-installing protective mesh over any openings. However, before the technicians left they installed a metal tube in one of the vents so any birds trapped inside the porch cover could get out, but would not be able to fly back in. The technicians agreed to come back at an unspecified date to remove the metal tube and finish installing the protective mesh. It's been a month and they still haven't returned.

VA Animal Control did an excellent job of humanely removing a squirrel from our attic. They were really nice guys, too!

They never finished the job. Hired to replace cent cover and clean vent. Still have a hole in the side of my house. They just never came back after removing my vent and do not return my messages.

Took 2 trips to complete the job.

Had a bird's nest up in my vent on the back of the house. This company was at my house within hours of calling.

Very knowledgeable and efficient workers, careful with the animals that had nested in my chimney. Fast service, requiring three visits, and replacement of my chimney caps including installation. Very pleasant, friendly interaction throughout. I will use them again for future pest problems. (I feel strongly about humane treatment of all animals, and so do the staff of this company--a big plus and, in my case, a vital component!)
