They went above and beyond to make sure the pest was removed from our home.

I had Scott! He was awesome, very personable empathetic and caring. I have a huge fobia of RODENTS. He quickly identified my problem areas and is working quite quickly to get this resolved ASAP.

Kenny and Scott were responsive to our problem in an outstanding manner. Was impressed with their prompt customer service and their interest in longterm followup. Offered multiple suggestions to remedy issue and then took impressive action to resolve. Both gentlemen are courteous and reliable. Definitely would recommend them to others!

Kenny called me within minutes of my request and scheduled an appointment right away. Both gentlemen were responsive and prompt despite being stuck in horrible traffic. They quickly assessed my "critter" situation, explained what needed to be done and executed the job quickly and efficiently. Having a critter living in the vent into my kitchen was so gross! They were my hero today!

Their estimate was in line with others on home advisor however I thought the final price was too much for an inspection of a kitchen vent and installation of a screen. No birds or nests had to be removed. Otherwise I found them honest and informative.

VA Animal Control responded within minutes to my request to remove a dead deer from our home owner's association. I received an email and a text. I spoke to Kenny, who was extremely responsive and quoted me a price for removal and disposal. They would able to do the work the next day. Their communication was top-notch and the representative was very personable. I would hire them for any type of animal control work.

They called me as soon as I placed an online inquary. They came early for their appointment the very next day. They gave us a solution to get through the Winter and have offered to come back in the Spring when they can do more to erradicate the wasp for good.

THey returned my call within 15 min . I had an attic full of squirrels. Both Kenny and Scott were very good about explaing my options. THey came out the next orning,. identified the problem, fixed the problems and cleaned up. The insurace agent said they did a good job.

Kenny, was great. We had the unfortunate instance of finding a young deer that had either been separated or was ill and passed away in a cluster of landscaping/bushes in our yard. Just moving into the area, we struggled to find someone to help us. Kenny was responsive to the request, called within a couple hours and was out at first light to rectify the situation and fit our budget. Thanks to him and his team, not an easy job!

Called in the afternoon and scheduled a following day removal of the decaying carcass of a deer that had died on residential property. The next morning got an early confirmation call that they were on their way. They arrived on time and quickly and efficiently moved, bundled, deodorized, and carried away the carcass for disposal. Thank you.

They arrived on time, and placed covers over vents for the clothes dryer, microwave, several others; to keep birds from building nests inside.

Not only was Kenny and his team thorough in walking me through what their recommendations were to resolve the problems, but was also thorough in going through the costs. The work they did on the outside of the house to ensure future entry by unwanted critters was minimized to the maximum was outstanding, with all material cleaned up. This also was true with the team that did all the actions needed to take of all my attic installation, ruined by various animals over 25 years. Another super job in cleaning up. Technician full of himself, not much interested in customer service since he married into the owner's family and doesn't have to worry about getting fired for bad work.

They listened to our problem better than the others and tailored their solution to that.

I contacted VA Animal Control to request removal of a bird's nest from a vent outside of our home and the installation of a screen over the vent to prevent future nesting. Kenny coordinated with me in advance to provide a cost estimate and to agree on a date and time for the service. He and his associate were prompt and courteous. Kenny explained how they would handle the work, the final charge was what he said it would be, and their work was professional. We are very satisfied.
