BEDR Wildlife Pest Removal

They were very thorough in locating the bats in our attic, and other possible entry locations all around our house. They even found one sleeping under the deck. The potential entrances were sealed up. A few days later, we saw no evidence of bats.

They were honest and did not try to add extra charges. I would re hire if needed again.

Showed up on agreed upon time. Set 7 Rat Traps baited with peanut butter. Took about 1/2 hour. Charged me $250. Would also charge me $20 per rat caught if he came back to clean traps and rebait or I could do it myself. I chose to do it myself. Caught 3 rats in first week. Talked to Kenny at the company twice with suggestions as to bait alternatives but never caught anymore rats. Rat problem still exists. Traps consistently sprung and bait removed but no rats. I did catch 3 birds as well!

They were very fast and efficient. I called one morning and they were out within 24 hours to take care of my bird problem. It took about a half hour to do the work. When I compare prices they were very reasonable. If I have another pest problem I will call them first.

Kenny responded immediately and answered all my questions about removing an aggressive raccoon. He quoted a reasonable price and successfully trapped the raccoon on the first day. Excellent service!

Kenny was very friendly and accessible. He checked in regularly to check on the progress of the project and stopped by almost everyday to check and reset traps. He valued my input on what we were seeing at our house and answered my questions thoroughly.

Kenny was quick to answer his phone and was on site in less than 2 hrs to remove the birds nest in the 2nd floor dryer vent. He covered up the vent with an enclosure and sealed the screw holes to prevent water penetration.

VA Animal Control did a great job! Kenny and his associate arrived on time, they explained the problem thoroughly - before, during and after the issue. They took care of our pest problem in a matter of an hour or so and they called in the evening to follow up. The work they did and their professionalism go a long way.

Kenny called me before I even had time to write down his phone number from HomdAdvisor. He was courteous and answered all my questions well. Only the second day on the project, but so far they have been excellent. Three groundhogs down to date; eight more days of service to go. I expect great results.
