The technician, David Castro showed up within the window we were given, even gave us a call to let us know he was 30 minutes out. He was very professional and took great care moving the dishwasher and ensuring no water was left on the floor. He explained all repairs and had the needed parts on-hand. I would hire this company again.

I hired Nelson Castro to clean out the dryer vent. He came well prepared with all the proper equipment. He was very thorough using both vacuums and an electrical brush. I would recommend him without reservations.

The technician, Dave, proceeded to diagnose my old dishwasher's failure in a direct, organized and neat manner. The result was that he quickly determined that its computer chip had burned out. He then checked for the availability of a replacement. Unfortunately none was available for this old model, so I now need to replace it.

He attempted to identify the cause behind the issues I had and honestly assessor the situation and recommended the more efficient path was to replace the fridge not to attempt to repair it.

I explained the behavior and error codes to the company and the technician arrived the next day with the parts required to fix the washing machine in his first visit at a very reasonable price. The drain pump was damaged by hair pins and had to be replaced.

David came the same day, had to order a part, and installed it the next day. Excellent.
