Couldn't hire at the beginning, the leak had done too much damage. Had to wait for abit. But when I did call this company to come David was right on it. Very professional, he installed the new dishwasher in about 1 hour and 10 mins. He cleaned the area, sent me a bill within a mi ute to my phone and I paid it. Thanks David for your help. Dusty S.

They responded immediately and scheduled an appointment to come over to the home. Very professional. Overall the customer service was excellent. We now wait to see if the Samsung refrigerator responds good to the fix. I will recommend and hire them again!!!

I was disappointed by the cost especially when I compared the final cost with estimates for the same repairs from other vendors. At the end of the service call, the pro explained that the final charges accounted for his services IN ADDITION to his travel from Richmond to Newport News. He should have told me this yesterday when I interviewed him for the appointment. I bypassed other vendors who were closer. I guess that I should have recognized the warning signs when the vendor could not tell me what to expect in charges, other than that I should be assured that his $90 fee for travel and investigating the issue would be applied to the cost of repair. I was very disappointed. I feel as if I was taken advantage of. This should never have happened, especially since I asked in advance. Trust me. This is a first and last. I offer my sincerest apologies to repairmen in the Hampton area. In my efforts go be careful, I was duped. NEVER AGAIN!!

Repaired a refrigerator and oven and both are working beautifully!

David was very professional and timely with his work. He got me scheduled quickly and completed an impromptu project for me as well.

David showed up to work on our washing machine and as luck would have it everything checked out fine. The problem started out as an intermittent problem and had gotten to the point where the washer wouldn't fill or if it did, you'd have to run it through two spin and drain cycles. Since it was working when David came he checked all of the settings and we washed a load of clothes. He believed the problem was in the main board and told me what to do to try and reset it should the problem come back. He gave me an estimate for a new board and we talked about replacing it on a 10 year old machine or perhaps spending a little more and buy a new machine. After he left, the washer messed up again. Instead of putting good money into an old machine I ordered a new one today. I found David very professional and helpful. Even though he might have made more money by replacing the main control board, he lead me to believe a new unit might be the better choice. I really appreciated his honesty and therefore I would highly recommend him for any appliance repair needs.

Suggest David carry a way to clean his hands.

David was very quick at getting back to my request, checking out my dishwasher, then returning to fix it once he had the part.

David came to the job site, made his evaluation of the problems with the dryer, ordered the parts and a week later set up a time to install the parts. He was very close to that time and texted my when he was 10 minutes away. He also repaired my washer as it was vibrating wildly. He tightened the chassis and now just normal vibrations - nothing wild. He also looked at my garage refrigerator but said it was too old and the parts were no longer available. He did show a trick that is keeping it from freezing everything. Iâ ll keep it until it literally dies. I highly recommend Professional Appliance Repair. I also think the prices were fair and justifiable.

I called Professional Appliance Repair and they came out on the same day! Our technician texted when he was on his way and showed up when he said he'd be there. He explained what was wrong with our dishwasher and made the repair quickly. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again!!
