We hired them to fix an issue with our fridge. David came and performed the work. He took time to explain to us the issue, parts he needed to replace, snd the total cost of the project. He performed the work in a very professional manner, and the end result is very clean snd thorough. We highly recommend this company.

We called Professionals to fix our ice maker and David showed up the next morning with the part, just in case he couldnâ  t repair it and needed to replace it. We were so pleased with the service and fair pricing.

Not the cheapest service, but the tech (Nelson) was very professional, seemed to know what he was doing and even provided some tips on proper maintenance to help us avoid future similar issues. Prompt service, too.

The installation of a new icemaker was fine. And next day. But there were three shortcomings you should never see from a top drawer service provider. The tech insisted on a check rather than a credit card even though their website clearly says they accept credit cards. I frankly do not like handing anyone my bank routing and account numbers. The tech failed to provide a bill detailing costs for labor, parts, etc... Tech took my old icemaker without asking. The company ignored my request to remedy these shortcomings.

Came the same day. Cleaned the vent and replaced the flexible vent hose. Very proficient and cleaned up afterwards.

When I called to have my stove ignition replaced I asked for him to bring the part with him and sent him a pic of the stove info. He came out with the part and fixed it in one visit. They believed me when I called and didn't have to send someone out with an estimate and then wait for the part. Quick an easy. One visit.

David is professional and delivers what he promises. Reasonable pricing, friendly demeanor and professional conduct throughout his visit. His assistant Jose was equally pleasant and knowledgeable. They showed up within hours of my request. 5 star rating from me.
