Ben and Dulles Roofing were perfection from start to finish. A friend recommended his company and he was the least expensive of 5 companies. I usually donâ t use the least expensive company but my friend and his friend both highly recommended Dulles Roofing. I am so glad I did! Susan who answered the phone was a gem! And Ben was always so responsive, genuine and pleasant in every way. He kept thanking me for my business and I felt like I had known him forever. Ben and his team were meticulous. He only does 1 house per day and he has an incredible foreman and team. I loved the fact that he does quality over quantity. With the big companies I heard stories about issues with their work and quality control lacking. Ben was on-site the entire day and showed me his work from drone pictures and answered all of my questions. There was an old satellite cable hanging from my house or my neighbors house. Ben got back up on the ladder once I confirmed it was an old cable and could be snipped. His and his teamâ s attention to detail impressed me, and I have high expectations. And the best part is that he, Susan and his team were all so incredibly pleasant and helpful. I have already recommended Dulles Roofing to several friends!

Several things made this day perfect. From my wifeâ s initial conversation with Susan in their office, to multiple conversations with Ben, we now have our perfect roof. Ben and his crew arrived on time. The pre-job meeting with Ben and his supervisor went well while the rest of the crew set up. The guys worked very well together. As the job progressed, Ben consulted with me on solving some preexisting issues they found. Benâ s team had an amazing attention to detail when it came to cleaning up after themselves. They made sure to not only clean and nail-proof our property, but also all of our neighbors. That was very much appreciated by all. It was a perfect day to have DULLES ROOFING replace our now perfect roof.

Dulles Roofing replaced my roof and 7 skylights. I've never worked with a home-services contractor who seemed to care so much about the job as Ben. He was thorough in his explanation of services and incredibly responsive throughout the process. He provided several additional services not listed in the agreement at no charge as well as upgraded materials from those agreed to at no charge. The work is quality and was less than or equal to the cost of several competing quotes. Hire this company!

I worked with Ben at Dulles Roofing to have a new roof installed on my house in Sterling Park. When I had him over to do the estimate, he listened carefully, had thoughtful suggestions about materials and finishing touches and was conversational and easy to work with. He delivered a very competitive and complete bid. He was forthright about the likelihood of needing several sheets of new sheathing plywood--due to the age of the house and damage to the existing roof--and built a buffer into his bid for that. I gave him the go-ahead, the job proceeded flawlessly and he completed it without a hitch. Later, as I completed renovations inside the house, I needed more roof penetrations. He came back to do that and was very reasonable about opening the brand new roof he'd just installed in order to install additional fittings. I have no reservations about recommending Dulles Roofing for anyone needing roof work and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Ben and his craftsmen crew installed on June 8 2020, a beautiful new Landmark Cobblestone Gray architectural shingle. Ben is knowledgeable, patient to explain, detailed from start to finish. To not contact Dulles Roofing is a costly mistake.

Ben and his crew are the life line of his business. They do the work. Ben is everything you want in a business owner - prompt, courteous, flexible and customer focused. His quotes are reasonable - not one of those high priced storm chasing subcontract out the work kinda business. He does all of this with a smile and a warm engaging personality. It's very obvious that he has been raised in the roofing business going back to his grandfather as the master roofer teaching the apprentice. Well done Ben, well done. I also wish I came across your business a few years earlier as I would have been the loudest advertisement for you in the neighborhood as folks were being ripped off by the insurance seeking storm chasers. Ben went the extra mile during my roof estimate by taking the time to explain all my options and help choose what was best for my house. He even climbed into my attic to see how my insulation was configured so that we could determine the best way ensure air circulation through the soffits and ridge vent. The contract clearly laid out all the specific tasks to be performed, was fully transparent about costs, and was easy to sign via DocuSign. Ben and his team showed up on time and were able to replace my entire roof within one day. They also installed new ventilation fans in my attic, painted any vent pipes to match the new roof color and cleft my lot spotless.

Ben and his roofing crew were awesome! Great guy to work with. We had our quote in a couple days explaining what was going to be done and it was followed to a tee. Full 15 year warranty from Dulles Roofing and 50 year from the manufacturer. I'll never need another roof but if I do Dulles Roofing would be my first call.

Ben and his team at Dulles Roofing did an outstanding job with terrific customer service at a great price. I wish there was a way to give them more than 5 stars. Ben was great at explaining the whole process from start to finish and answered all of our questions. On the day of our install he and his team showed up promptly on time and got straight to work. They were done with our full roof install in about 4 hours. These guys are really pros. They also took extra time cleaning up and making sure all the old material was disposed of. Ben knew we had a dog so they double and triple checked our yard for old nails and staples. The next day Ben sent drone pictures of our roof which he took from start to finish. Dulles Roofing gave us a great warranty and now I know we can sleep easy with an amazing roof over our head. We got several quotes from other company's and Dulles Roofing beat everyone by over $1,000. We've had other companies do home improvement projects for us and Ben's team blew all of them out of the water. I can't recommend these guys enough. Thanks for a great all around job.

We sought several estimates to replace our roof. Ben Bernie, owner of Dulles Roofing, makes you comfortable right away. Ben walked the roof, found the source of the leak in the garage, and made several recommendations. On roof day, the crew arrived early, and started right away. As I was home, Ben kept me updated with photos as the re-roofing progressed and the problem areas found along the way. Roof is now complete with 6 new plywood sheets, new attic fan, ungraded vent collars and gutter screen. We recommend Dulles Roofing for price, quality of materials and installation.
