Ben was a pleasure to work with. We needed to get a new roof in preparation for getting solar panels. I got several estimates. His price was very reasonable. He gave me a detailed proposal and answered all my questions. The job was completed in less than one day. The next day, we noticed some gutters that were a bit dented and crooked. Ben came back and fixed it up, even providing new gutter guards at no additional charge. I would definitely recommend Dulles Roofing.

My experience with Dulles Roofing was straight forward, professional, clean, efficient. I first found Ben on Homeadvisor.com with multiple other roofing contractors. But what set Ben apart were all the other positive reviews. I contacted 5 separate highly rated local area companies recommended on Home adviser to request estimates for complete roof replacement on my home. Some sales reps came out only to take pictures and put together a "rough ballpark estimate" based on square footage and photos. Then some of these price quotes were completely outrageous, (more than a new car) and some with high-pressure time share like sales tactics. One company even wanted over $1200 just to dispose of the old roofing materials and singles that were removed. I sent them ALL away. Then Ben came out and everything was completely different. Ben took the time to actually climb on my roof and personally inspect the main roof for soft spots, leaks, the garage roof, chimney, exhaust fan, and every single Vent on the roof. Ben gave me a very reasonable estimate for the entire roof. All in price quote day 1, no guesswork, no scams, and no hidden costs at the end. There were no delays to send the estimate, and no delays to schedule the work. Dulles Roofing was on site and working as soon as I wrote the deposit check to pay for materials. Ben is very friendly and nice to talk to. He also uses only GAF products and provides a workmanship warranty for several years. As a homeowner, I do not need to worry about it. I can Just call Ben directly for anything. The day of the roof replacement, The Dulles Roofing guys worked all day & into the evening, Two full days. Ben was here full time both days. His team was working in extreme cold & high winds. No work stoppages and no delays. Ben checked the work not only on the roof but also he went into the attic and the garage. They cleaned up everything on my property, and also all the neighbor's yards. Windy days were quite a challenge for that part. You would never know they have been here. Dulles Roofing stayed late to make sure all my gutters were cleaned out and all my gutter covers were 100% replaced and professionally re-installed. I am very happy with Dulles Roofing and I highly recommend this company. I have already recommended Dulles Roofing to my neighbors and coworkers. You do not want to take the risk to hire a company to do your roof or siding without a workmanship warranty. You will be sorry if anything goes wrong after the replacement because you will have to pay to someone fix the problem that should never have happened. Ben kept me updated on the schedule which was delayed due to rains. He showed me the finished product and everything was cleaned up nicely before they left. They replaced additional support boards for the shingles once they exposed the old boards. I have complete confidence that this roof will last a long time with no issues and have already recommended them to another person looking for a new roof.

They covered my heating pump, old deck on the back of the house, they also covered the front yard, placed a yellow tape to secure the area where no one should walk by. The guys worked all day! We contracted with Dulles Roofing to install a whole new shingle roof and a small rubber roof over part of our porch. This was a great experience, from start to finish. Ben Burnie did some patchwork at no charge until he could come out and replace the roof, which he did on time and for an honest price. He also took care of an additional item at the last minute. This was surprisingly a very positive experience. Mr. Bernie was both personable and professionable. The cost was reasonable and the work was done quickly and thoroughly. I would certainly use Dulles Roofing again if needed. Hopefully it won't be needed, but I do highly recommend them.

After all the rain last week, some undetermined area of my roof/ exterior began leaking into my ceiling and one wall of my family room. On Monday, as i was concerned that my ceiling would collapse because of the forecast for Tuesday, i called my usual roofers, Who where to over booked to help because of out recent wind storms and rain. They referred me to Ben with Dulles roofing. Despite his heavy schedule, he came by Monday evening and managed to find and fix the problem just before it rained again, most likely saving my family room! Then displayed extraordinary integrity through out the process- and honestly representing what needed repair and setting a beyond reasonable price. Ben is a contractor with formidable knowledge of roofing, excellent repair skills with top notch customer service! It is rarely encountered in the belt way area. Great story to tell - first though - bottom line: the roof was installed perfectly and on-time. It looks great and is flawless. The following is why I will recommend Dulles Roofing to everyone I know ! After I moved in the new house - and after the roof was installed as part of the closing process, I noticed a pool of water in my garage after each rain storm. I assumed that it must be related to the new roof - and the flashing along the chimney. I called Ben and he got back to me the same day - and was at my house to inspect the very next day. He was professional and took total accountability. He did a lot of troubleshooting w a hose on the roof, and nothing seemed to make sense - the insulation was completely dry. He said he would be back the next day with his foreman to continue to find out what was wrong. Throughout the process - he said he would make sure it was right, and would completely reinstall the flashing if necessary. Later that evening, he called the previous home owner who indicated that the pool of water was a normal occurrence after a a rain storm due to a slope in the garage floor from the garage door (problem existed before the roof was replaced. Dulles Roofing (Ben) drove back that evening w/ a garage door seal in hand that he personally purchased - and installed it to see if that would help w/ the problem. Remember - the issue had NOTHING to do with the new roof - but he wanted to make sure that my issue was resolved. I have 100% confidence in him - he demonstrated to me his commitment to the quality of his services. He came to my house looking for the solution - not deflecting at all.
