The repairman explained my issue after efficiently making the repair. More importantly to me, they work Saturdays without weekend charges.

They fixed the ice maker and were very knowledgeable about it but damaged my hard wood floor pulling the fridge out several times.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only replaced the part in an older model dryer but went above and beyond to find out what actually caused the part to fail and addressed that issue. Great service!

Was able to get a technician the next day which was great on fridge/freezer in basement. I explained the issue to the technician and the next time I talked to him he had made the fix - this was somewhat concerning since I had no idea what the fix was going to cost. Given this was a secondary unit, I wasn't sure I wanted to invest in a fix. Price seemed a little high for the fix that was done, replaced the main control board - guessing the board is expensive. The unit is working properly, but if I had to do again, not sure I would have gone with the fix - may have just gotten a new/refurbished unit...

Very prompt- tech went to Va for the part and came back late evening to repair the refrigerator. Could not have asked for better and correct diagnosis and repair.

Called at 5 PM and they could fit me in THAT EVENING! That was impressive service. Tech was pleasant and knowledgeable, and did a fine job. I thought it was pricey for the level of repair required, but the fact this was a same day evening job to get my fridge/freezer back in operation made it worth it.

The perfect appliance repair company. Timely, trustworthy and hard working. Don't need much more than that. I will keep their information handy and use them anytime I have any appliance issue (which I hope I don't). Either way, it's great to know an honest local repairman.

They were not good with communication, but once the technician was here, he did a great job.

DARS came out as schedule. The tech identify the problem quickly. He had to leave to get parts because he did not have them on hand, indicated that he would return later with parts to finish the job. We had setup a time but he returned a little later then what was schedule, once he returned the job was completed quickly. I felt the repair was a little overpriced but the tech did a professional job, clean up after and had my dryer up and running so I can't complain too much.

Same day service, courteous, informative, reasonable, I highly recommend their services.
