Fixed my dryer. Part took a while, but quality work.

very friendly and quick call back. less expensive and larger service call window than others. available more hours than others and also bigger service area. seemed happy to be helpful in any way and also made visit frederick, MD, which many other 'local' DC area businesses don't do. unfortunately, they could only do diagnostic test but not the actual repair, or else i would've hired them.

Yousef got back to me within 5 min of my HA online request. I had a dead heating element in my oven that is easily replaced providing you know the model number of your oven. No where on my oven was the model listed however. I sent Yousef a picture of our old heating element and he was able to determine the replacement part from my photo. He's in some demand so he works quickly and is very knowledgable about appliances in great detail. He told me how my heating element failed as though he were present when it happened. Charge was a bit higher than I would have liked but he made up for it with his extensive knowledge and speed fixing the oven. Would hire again.

Youssef quickly diagnosed the problem with two burners of our gas stove that were not igniting when switched on. He ordered the necessary replacement part and installed it quickly. We were very pleased with his promptness and workmanship.

Always a pleasure to work with, I received an honest assessment of the repairs needed for our refrigerator. We decided given the age and cost of repairs to move forward with buying a new unit. However, Dars will be our go to for all appliance repair from here forward!

One burner on our gas stovetop had stopped working. The repairman fixed that burner, inspected the others and cleaned all of them so that they work more efficiently. Our stovetop is no longer sold, and I wasn't sure if replacement parts would be a problem; I was pleased that the repairman had the necessary part in his truck.

When our refrigerator malfunctioned on a Saturday morning, Youssef answered my call and, incredibly, came to the house within just a couple of hours. I suspected that the control board on the fridge had gone bad, so he brought the fitting part with him. On arrival he ran a test and quickly confirmed that this was indeed the problem. Had a load thumping noise in my dryer and setup a appointment with Home Advisor for Dars Appliance Repair to come out and fixed the problem. Came out and replaced the rollers and now it's back to a quiet dryer. Exceptional service and a great price. ?
