I am not sure if the office was low on staffing d/t COVID, but the tech came on a Monday and quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher. He said the needed part should be in by Weds. I did not hear from anyone, so I finally called on Monday. I was put on hold for long periods while the customer svc rep tried to find out when the tech would come to replace the bad part. After about 15 mins on the phone, she told me she would call back. She never did. I called the following day and had a similar experience - long holds, then she told me she would call me back. I did not get a callback but did get a text message with an appt. for that very day. I called back once more and the customer service rep confirmed that a tech would be out that day with the needed part. He came within the time frame and completed the work in less than 30 mins. He did a great job, but the customer service was not very good.

Technician identified source of leak in my refrigerator very quickly and had all the necessary tools to fix it on the spot. He also took the time to cover his work boots with coverings so he didn t track dirt inside. And since the fridge isn t brand new and he noticed a certain area felt warm to the touch, he advised me to clean out a vent with a vacuum (which he actually did for me). :) I m very pleased with total service. 24-hour 800# to call in problem. Easy to schedule a time for repair.

The company was very prompt and professional. As soon as I entered a service request, someone from the company called me. They sent a service technician to my home within an hour of my call. The technician quickly accessed the problem and fixed my dryer. I was very satified with the service I received.

My stand-alone freezer out. I called DARS at 7 a.m. and had a tech at my door by 11:30 a.m. The tech knew right away what the problem was the compressor died. I was given a quote for the parts and labor that was less then I thought it would be. I would hire them again.

On time, professional, very nice man (owner), careful, cleaned everything up. Recommend highly!! Saved my freezer food by coming so quickly!! 👍🏻

Yousef was very professional, clean, and transparent with what work needs to be done and how much it would cost. He told us the problem and that running a diagnostic and repair is worth more than the fridge. So he gave us the option to top up the refrigerant and save some money. He didn t pretend like this would fix the problem forever but highlighted it s a potential middle ground solution without pressuring us to do it. Getting honest options is always nice. We did go with the solution proposed and it fixed our problem for the immediate future.

We had a flood from our dishwasher. Service person arrived with expected time frame. Looked at problem, diagnosed that we probably had something jam up the solenoid that controlled the water drainage. We could replace this expensive part, but he recommended we just turn off the water, turn off the electricity, start it back up and see what happens. Worked like a charm! Steered us away from an unnecessary expensive repair...need I say more?

Had appointment for a Wednesday morning. Called Tuesday morning and said they could come now, a day early. Fixed our problem quick and let us know our dryer duct was clogged and referred another company to fix.

Came on extremely short notice. Had to order a part and came back the next day. Not cheap but fair in pricing. I would use him again.

The repair person responded quickly and solved my problem quickly. I am very appreciative.

Badly needed the oven as a holiday is coming up and I need the electric oven to work. They came and found the problem .

A truly SUPERB PROFESSIONAL! Knowledgeable, punctual and thorough. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! The project was a microwave oven repair, although replacement was the ultimate result of the initial consultation. Yosef didn't waste my time with replacement of this or that part. He simply stated at the outset (after testing various components related to the symptoms) that replacement of the entire unit was the most cost-effective solution. A total professional...FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY!

I highly recommend Dars Appliance Repair. The owner responded and came out the same day that I called...and on a Saturday! He spent a considerable time trying to repair my washing machine. In the end, he thought I would be better to buy a new machine, and only charged me for the service call. He was knowledgeable, and very professional. I will always be sure to call him in the future for any other repairs I might need.
