Response from A-1 CONCRETE LEVELING
I received the following email from this customer (at least I believe it to be this customer). " I called and left a message. The part of the porch that has sunk was added by us about 15 years ago. I have a contract on my house and they think the whole porch will fall down as a result of the settling. I replaced one of the posts a few years ago to make sure that the roof wouldn't sag. I need an estimate on lifting or repairing the porch. If you are able to get out here tomorrow, please let me know. I think my deadline for accepting the counter is tomorrow." Given the email stating they needed an immediate response to counter an offer on a property and the fact that I am unable to respond with 24 hours notice to provide an estimate, we did not provide an estimate. So unless I am confusing the contact person (and there is that possibility given the address) and issue, I apologize for the confusion. Right now I do all the jobs myself as well as do the estimating, so I can't respond to all issues immediately. We strive to provide excellent service at excellent prices and always strive to meet our customers needs given our limited resources. That's also the reason we offer excellent service, we're not a big company with lot's of employees. We're a small company with a focus on providing great service at great prices.
